Ski slalom Amnéville | Young competitors and Technical test
This course offers intensive, structured slalom training on the indoor slope at Amnéville-les-Thermes.
It is aimed at young competitors as well as adults preparing for the Alpine Skiing Technical Test.
The aim is to improve trajectory precision, support quality and rhythm management through a high volume of passes, made possible by the stable conditions of the indoor track.

His approach combines demanding technique, an understanding of gesture in movement, and work on internal management (breathing, concentration, commitment).

Nicolas Flage is assisted byspecialist slalom coaches from the ESF Academy in Les Menuires, all with teaching qualifications and experience in training young and adult competitors.
Coaching takes place in small groups, enabling :
- precise observation of trajectories,
- individual corrections for each passage,
- consistent technical support throughout the course.
