Take part in our intensive slalom ski racing courses held every autumn at SnowWorld’s indoor center in Amnéville, France. Like our summer slalom courses in Tignes, these courses are excellent preparation for the winter season. They enable skiers to work on their technique in optimal conditions in October, when the ski resorts are not yet open.

An intensive and comprehensive program
Our courses include several hours of slalom skiing each day, followed by in-depth physical preparation sessions to ensure maximum progress:
- Intensive slalom training: precise technical work on private lanes, targeted and timed exercises.
- Physical preparation: competition-specific training, muscle strengthening, plyometrics, endurance work and coordination exercises.
- Video analysis : personalized debriefings to quickly identify areas for improvement.
